When a global Phase II atopic dermatitis study faced numerous challenges, including language, cultural and time difference, as well as seasonal fluctuations in disease prevalence, IQVIA Biotech was selected to provide recruitment/enrollment management, vendor management, a risk-based monitoring approach, system integration (e.g., IWRS, EDC) and more. Numerous site and data/quality monitoring solutions led to sooner-than-anticipated project completion within outlined budgets.
