SearchRoy Toh is Vice President, JAPAC IQVIA Biotech, Delivery & Innovation. He leads the IQVIA Biotech business across Asia-Pacific and Japan (JAPAC), overseeing strategic relationships, tailored solutions, and delivery excellence for biotech customers across the region and globally. Roy also serves on the Global IQVIA Biotech Leadership Team, helping drive collaboration, innovation and growth across the global biotech organization.
Roy brings nearly 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and contract research industries. Throughout his career, he has led regional and global teams across clinical operations, project management, quality and risk management, supporting the successful delivery of complex clinical development programs across Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining IQVIA, Roy led Clinical Risk Management for Asia Pacific at Johnson & Johnson, where he partnered with senior R&D leaders to advance quality, compliance and risk mitigation strategies across the clinical development portfolio. He previously held multiple leadership roles at IQVIA, building extensive experience in customer partnership, operational excellence and innovative clinical development solutions.
